My approach was cinematographic. I wanted to capture the essence of the concert. From the point of view of the club. Someone attending the concert. To notice the details. The things I would miss if I was solely focussed on the singer.

I specifically looked for silhouettes, deep shadows and motion blur, to give the images the movement of the music. I love black and white photography, so that is a must.
